Maintenance Supervisor – Fallingwater Landscapes

Compensation & Benefits
$26–$36 per hour (based on Horticultural Red Seal certification progression, formal leadership training, and proven excellence in the role).

We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with at least 2 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience to lead one of our crews. If you’re ready to step into a leadership role and continue building your career in the landscape industry, this could be the right fit for you.
The Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–3 team members to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance.
Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
Perform and oversee tasks such as mowing, trimming, hedge and shrub care, bed maintenance, and cleanup.
Train and mentor junior staff while fostering a positive, professional team environment.
Represent Fallingwater with clear communication and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture.
Leadership potential with strong communication and customer service skills.
A positive, professional attitude and the ability to coach and support a small team.
Proficiency with landscaping tools and powered equipment.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
Reliability and comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
